Bill Titus
Chief Executive Officer
Bill began working for DRI in 1977 while still in high school. He has helped move DRI from a developer of custom software for early micro-computers to the respected manufacturing software and consulting firm we are today.
As CEO, Bill is responsible for Decision Resources strategic direction and for keeping DRI’s culture in alignment with our core values, the pursuit of which underlies bringing immense value to our clients. In addition to his responsibilities as our chief executive, Bill is a leading technologist and often participates in software demos, AI advancements, and partners with the broader team to help solve unique customer requests.
Bill graduated from Harvard College in 1981, cum laude, with an AB in Mathematics. In his spare time, Bill enjoys recreational volleyball, and spending time with his wife, their two horses, and his cat.
John Haddox, MBA, MS-ISM, PMP
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, John is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the advice and resources they need to meet their business system goals and to create long-term strategies that maximize their investment in those systems. Since joining DRI in 1999 as a business consultant, John has served in management capacities leading DRI’s consulting, technical and development teams. John oversees all customer engagements, ensuring that DRI’s professional services staff provides clients with practical solutions that meet their goals and objectives. John has a strong and diverse background in manufacturing, operations, CRM and IT project management. Prior to joining DRI, he held positions in operations management and logistics management at Thermal Industries and Bayer Corporation.
John holds an MBA and Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Duquesne University. His undergraduate degree was in Supply Chain Management. John is certified in several Infor products including SyteLine ERP, Corporate Performance Management (PM10), Infor Motion and Inforce. John holds the PMP credential from the Project Management Institute.
John Schuetz
Chief Financial Officer
John joined DRI in 1995 as a senior accountant. He went on to hold the title of DRI’s Controller and is currently employed as our CFO. John leads our company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, treasury, tax, risk management, internal controls, and financial planning & analysis. He is also responsible for presenting the financial position of the company to DRI’s Board of Directors.
John earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Pittsburgh in 1991. John is based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Lisa Joseph
VP, Sales & Marketing
Lisa is a dynamic sales and marketing leader with over 20 years of broad experience managing sales and marketing organizations in various stages of growth and development.
Lisa joined DRI in 2024 and comes to us with a strong background in manufacturing best practices, B2B solutions, consulting, and ERP software. She graduated from the University of Vermont and has a proven track record of building high-performing sales and marketing programs. She is passionate about strengthening client relationships and bringing unparalleled value to our prospective clients.
Lisa currently resides in Boston, MA and is passionate about spending time with her family, friends, and is an avid hiker, biker, and explorer.
Tim McManus
Director, ERP Products
Tim McManus, the Director of ERP Products at DRI, has a 45-year career with 35 years dedicated to SyteLine. He provides vision and functional application oversight for DRI’s suite of products, focusing on customer value delivery. Before DRI, Tim served as President and CEO of AIT Business Services for 30 years.
Tim’s expertise covers industrial manufacturing, furniture, industrial food processing equipment, and medical/life sciences. He has been part of hundreds of SyteLine projects, demonstrating extensive knowledge from Syman 2.3 to CSI 10.
In his community, Tim is highly regarded for his achievements, particularly at AIT, where he fostered customer prosperity and a supportive employee environment. He is also actively involved with “Sea Valor,” an organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Sea Valor uses sailing and ocean activities to aid those with physical or emotional wounds, including PTSD, underprivileged youth, and local heroes.
Outside of work, Tim’s hobbies include photography, playing guitar and drums, recreational sport fishing, and cooking.
Matt Kaminski
Director of Client Success
Matt brings 25 years of leadership experience to his role as Director of Client Success at DRI. He holds a BA in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from WGU Texas. Matt oversees the Client Success Team, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction and fostering strong business partnerships.
Before joining DRI, Matt accumulated over a decade of experience leading client success organizations in technology and consulting on a global scale. His areas of expertise include on-prem and SaaS enterprise technologies and consulting services, with a specialization in manufacturing.
Matt has received several accolades for his professional accomplishments, including the Customer Success Award in 2017, Consultant of the Year in 2013, and Consultant of the Semester in 2012.
Matt lives in The Woodlands, TX, with his wife and three children. Outside of work, Matt is active in his community and participates in local endurance events like marathons, Ironman Triathlons, and cycling.
Vance Amatulli
Director, DRI Products Solutions
Vance Amatulli brings 30 years of professional experience and 8 years of SyteLine experience to his role as Director of Products Solutions at DRI. In this role, Vance manages the services delivery team for DRI Products projects and sets the strategic vision and plan for the services delivery and internal IT resources teams. Vance holds an MBA in Management from Molloy College and a BS in Computer Information Systems from Marist College.
Before joining DRI, Vance’s career spanned several significant roles. He was an IT Director at Mondel?z International Inc. (Tate’s Bake Shop), Director of Global Salesforce Productivity Systems at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and a Programmer/Systems Analyst at Thomson Reuters (Baseline Financial). His expertise includes IT Project Management and Software Design Methodologies (SDLC, UML), CloudSuite Industrial (ERP), SQL Server 2019 (SSMS, SSRS), Visual Studio.net (VB/C#), Azure DevOps, MS Project Professional, Barracuda NextGen Firewall, Salesforce CRM, Revel POS, and the MS Office Suite (O365).
Vance holds certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Scrum Developer Certified (SDC) from SCRUM Study, and ITIL V3 Foundation from Hewlett Packard. He has a deep understanding of SyteLine EDI, Inventory, Customer Service & Purchasing, and has worked on all product solutions projects related to interfacing with EDI, Ecommerce, 3PL, and OCR structured files.
In his community, Vance is involved in local church and school activities. His personal interests include sailing, skiing, woodworking, chess, and traveling with his wife and kids.
David Worden
Director of Sales
David is an APICS certified professional with over 30 years of experience working with manufacturers. He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. David joined DRI in 2013, following the company’s acquisition of Access Group, LLC, where he served as VP of Operations. He has been working with the Infor SyteLine solution for 25 years.
Over the last decade at DRI, David has held multiple roles. He served as the General Manager of the Wichita branch, successfully integrating the team into the greater DRI organization. His journey continued as an Account Executive and culminated in his current role as Director of Sales. David oversees all activities related to the sales of ERP software to new clients. He works closely with prospective clients to assess their ERP requirements and ensures that DRI’s software and consulting services exceed those needs.
David resides in Wichita with his wife and has two adult children. His hobbies are centered around outdoor adventures, including hiking, scuba diving, and fishing.
Mike Stitt
Director, Solutions Consulting
Mike Stitt brings 37 years of professional experience and 26 years of SyteLine experience to his role as Director of Solutions Consulting at DRI. Mike manages the presales activities, effectively presenting products to both new and existing customers. Mike holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Grove City College and an MBA from Duquesne University. His prior experience includes approximately 10 years working in Production and Inventory Management, emphasizing ERP/MRP tools.
Mike has a broad and detailed understanding of the SyteLine ERP application, including operations, accounting, and light development skills. This expertise covers all types of manufacturing industries.
In his community, Mike is highly involved in his local church and has been part of mentoring programs. Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing basketball and tennis.
Wes Jacobs
Director, Professional Services Operations
Wes joined DRI in 2017 and brings 48 years in senior level operations management and 12 years of SyteLine experience. He began his career at DRI as a business consultant then progressed into engagement and project management. Later was promoted to consulting manager manufacturing operations where he was responsible for engagement management, ensuring adherence to the DRI implementation methodology, and coordinating resources for projects.
In his free time, Wes is deeply involved in his community, working with the homeless, elderly and other at-risk populations. He also enjoys weightlifting, spending time with family and reading.
John Rood
Director, Artificial Intelligence
John joined DRI in 2023, bringing with him an extensive and varied background in artificial intelligence. In the role of director of AI, he is responsible for spearheading AI initiatives designed to bring transformative change to the manufacturing sector and the broader business landscape. His work involves close collaboration with clients to evaluate the untapped potential of AI technologies. He integrates complex data flows to offer enhanced business insights and deploys innovative solutions to improve financial performance. John has a special interest in utilizing generative AI technologies, a focus that allows for more efficient internal and external interactions, thereby reducing the need for manual support and optimizing various processes.
Before joining DRI, John amassed a wealth of experience in different sectors. He has been the creative mind behind PhilosophyGPT, the Founder and Creator of Vector Vault, the Founder and CEO at Kibly, and a Business Consultant at his own firm, Rood Consulting. While serving as Founder and CEO at Kibly in Seattle, Washington, the company hit impressive revenue targets, generating millions in sales. A highlight was the delivery of over 3 billion personalized emails on behalf of their users, emphasizing Kibly’s considerable impact on the success of Amazon sellers. Each of these roles has provided him with a unique set of skills and insights, which he now leverages to bring high-performance, cutting-edge AI solutions to the forefront of American manufacturing.
John resides in Austin, TX. In addition to his demanding professional commitments, John is an enthusiastic surfer and mountain biker.
David Willett
Head of Products and Alliances
David joined DRI as Product Manager in 2018 after partnering with DRI for over a decade on multiple projects. David has more than 30 years of experience working with SyteLine and CloudSuite Industrial as a user, consultant, and product manager. David also has 15+ years of experience with EDI automation and continues to expand on that as DRI’s Product Manager, helping customers be more productive with add-on products that leverage the interfaces they already know.
David’s experience in SyteLine began in 1987 at an aerospace and defense contractor. He was previously the Director of Product Marketing and Chief Technologist for Frontstep where they added the same CloudSuite APIs used today. David has worked with companies in Australia, Asia, Europe, Canada and USA.
David resides in San Clemente, California with his wife. In his free time, David enjoys playing with vintage tube/valve amplifiers and keeping up with his daughter who is an architect and his son who graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy and is training to be a fighter pilot.
Sharon Byrnes
Director of Cloud & Technical Services
Sharon joined DRI in 1991. She is responsible for specification development, application development, user documentation, and troubleshooting. She has expertise with UNIX, Windows, Progress RDBMS, SQL, database design, and more than 20 years of SyteLine releases.
Sharon is skilled both with the customization of the standard SyteLine product and with the designing and development of new large scale integrated add-ons.
Before joining DRI, she spent several years working in a mid-size titanium manufacturing environment. Her duties included raw materials purchasing and implementing an early version of SyteLine which included creating custom screens and reports and providing user training and support. Sharon earned a bachelor’s degree in physics & astronomy and English from the University of Rochester, NY. She is based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Sam Frúmboli
Sr. Director of Marketing
Sam joined DRI in 2024 and is responsible for leading the strategic and creative direction of DRI’s marketing organization. With over 15 years of marketing and demand generation expertise and 10 years’ dedicated experience working directly in manufacturing ERP software and AI, Sam helps to provide immense value for DRI’s existing and potential clients.
Sam has a bachelor’s degree in marketing, an associate’s degree in visual communications, and recently completed a certification course from Harvard in organizational leadership. She has served as a business coach and mentor for non-profit organizations and has over 15 years’ experience working as a freelance marketing consultant and adjunct CMO for start-ups and established brands in both B2B and B2C environments. She is passionate and invested in continuously learning new creative tactics, skills, and tools to help her team hit their broader goals.
Sam resides in Las Vegas, NV and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs, and two cats as well as hiking our national parks, building 1:24 scale miniatures, and is actively writing a non-fiction book set to be published in 2025.
