Kitchen Magic Redefines Project Tracking with Infor CloudSuite Industrial

The #1 Kitchen Remodeler Nationwide worked with Decision Resources to ensure accurate, real-time project reporting.
Decision Resources is excited to announce that our customer, Kitchen Magic, is live and running the Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP system. Decision Resources was honored to have been selected to assist Kitchen Magic with their implementation project. Kitchen Magic’s project team was extremely dedicated throughout the project and put in place a system that manages everything from customer orders to purchasing and accounting to production orders. In addition, Kitchen Magic will be relying heavily on the project functionality in CloudSuite Industrial to manage each customers’ installation and required assembly of the kits that are shipped directly to their installers. Within days of their go-live, Kitchen Magic’s president, Brett Bacho, states that they are “doing great,” and he praised the patience and expertise of Decision Resources’ entire team – but especially their Decision Resources project manager, Mary Farina! Mary enjoyed working with the Kitchen Magic team too, and said “It is always a pleasure to work with a company that embraces the Decision Resources Implementation Methodology and capitalizes on our experience to help them develop the best solution for the future.”
“The bitterness of poor quality lingers long after the sweetness of a cheap price is forgotten.”
