As the manufacturing sector bounced back from 2020 shutdowns, DRI was there to deliver record results for our customers.
2021 was a record-breaking year for Decision Resources, Inc. (DRI), with 30 enterprise resource planning (ERP) go-lives, 26 DRI Products go-lives, and 37 new customers. Following a challenging year of shutdowns and delays, DRI met the challenge of a busy 2021 head-on. Here are some of the highlights.
30 ERP Go-Lives
It was a record-shattering year for the DRI services team, which completed 30 SyteLine and CloudSuite Industrial ERP go-lives in 2021. This includes a whopping 16 go-lives completed in the first 18 weeks of 2021. Implementation projects nearly doubled for the services team since 2020, a year in which pandemic shutdowns halted many projects.
Despite the increase in activity, the DRI services team met the challenge, leaning into its expertise and providing our customers with the level of service and professionalism they expect from DRI. The DRI services team completed the record volume of work while providing a shining example of DRI’s core values, including caring about our clients and enhancing the power of one team.
26 DRI Products Go-Lives
It wasn’t just ERP implementations keeping DRI busy in 2021. There were also 26 installations of Decision365, DecisionConnect for Shopify, DecisionExcelerator, and SyteLEAN. The DRI products team has been hard at work enhancing its repertoire of ERP add-on products. These products allow SyteLine and CloudSuite Industrial users to synchronize, simplify, and streamline their EDI, e-commerce, and data management processes. Guided by another DRI core value – embrace best practices in business and technology – the DRI products team remains focused on helping our customers improve operational efficiency.
10 Customers Moved from On-Premises to Cloud Deployment
DRI’s client success team continues to educate our clients on the benefits of the cloud. Built on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Infor cloud is scalable, flexible, reliable, and secure. As the manufacturing sector looks to modernize, DRI customers have been at the forefront of embracing the cloud. In 2021, 10 of DRI’s customers took advantage of those benefits by moving their on-premises ERP deployments to the cloud.
37 New Customers
DRI welcomed 37 new ERP, EDI, and e-commerce customers in 2021. These customers chose DRI not just for our products, but also for our expertise and experience. Founded in 1978, DRI is recognized as a top Infor partner every year. DRI remains one of the largest and most experienced Infor partners, and our commitment to the success of our customers is a guiding principle.
“[The DRI team] identified development needs up front, they dictated an appropriate timeline, and they met all the requirements. This was the smoothest go-live I’ve ever had – and it was the 19th one. The project was on time and under budget.” – Mike Enwright, Onset Computer Corporation
One New Product Launch
DRI introduced a new product in 2021: DecisionConnect for Shopify. DecisionConnect for Shopify synchronizes your Shopify webstore and ERP system, automatically bringing orders into your ERP system, transferring shipping information from your ERP to Shopify, and synchronizing inventory. Shopify is a rapidly growing platform with nearly 20 percent market share among e-commerce platforms. DecisionConnect for Shopify allows users of this growing platform to eliminate manual order entry and streamline their e-commerce processes.
