Anthony brings over 15 years of progressive HR experience across several industries to his role as director of human resources. He leads all HR functions for the company, including talent acquisition, benefit administration, employee relations, payroll, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and more. With a people-first mentality, he has a passion to enhance the employee experience while aligning business objectives and strategies.
Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Robert Morris University. He holds several certifications in human resources, talent acquisition, and talent development from the Human Capital Institute and SHRM. He is a certified facilitator and emotional intelligence trainer through the University of Missouri.
Anthony resides in Pittsburgh, PA, with his wife and kids. In his free time, Anthony is very involved with the veteran community, helping other veterans transition out of the military to find meaningful work and community. He loves being with his family, sports, vacations to the beach, and live music. He is also a part-time actor and can be seen in movies and commercials.
