A Year of ERP Implementation Results Delivered – with No Surprises

Decision Resources is the leading provider of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP system.  We provide implementation and consulting services associated with CloudSuite Industrial and older versions of the application, known as SyteLine.  Our team works hard to deliver system implementations, upgrades, and focused consulting projects that provide the results our clients need – without any surprises.  As we get ready for the upcoming national conference for Infor users, Inforum, we looked back at the 12 months ending April 30, 2018 (encompassing Infor’s fiscal year).  During that time our consultants and software developers traveled to 21 states and worked with clients remotely in 32 states, Canada, and Mexico.  That’s a lot of frequent flyer miles and online conference minutes!

We are most proud of the 11 clients that went live with new systems this past year, and we were extremely pleased to welcome 15 new clients to the Decision Resources family.

Behind these numbers are two trends in our business that we expect to continue:

1. An increase in Cloud implementations – Over the past 12 months, we have seen a sharp increase in the number of clients implementing the multi-tenant SaaS version of CloudSuite ERP systems. Decision Resources was the first Infor partner to embrace Cloud implementations and we have become the leading expert on the requirements of working in the Infor Cloud.
2. An increase in the number of clients in Process industries – Decision Resources is one of the few Infor partners specializing in the Infor CloudSuite Process ERP system. We have particular expertise in the Food, Beverage, and Chemical industries, and expect to see this portion of our business continue to grow.  We currently have clients that bake cookies, make cheesecake, cook up Cajun spices, and more!

Even with these trends, the majority of our clients continue to be discrete manufacturers that are running systems on-premises – and we don’t expect that to change any time soon.  We are thankful for all of the great client team members we work with, and are looking forward to continued relationships with each and every one of them.
