What does Decision Resources do?
We are the top Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP partner in the US. We service the largest customer base for the CloudSuite Industrial ERP product. Our team specializes in ERP evaluation, selection, implementation, consulting, optimization, development, and ongoing client support for over 400 leading American manufacturers.
Where is Decision Resources located?
Our headquarters is based in Pittsburgh, PA however, we have offices in Chicago, IL, Austin, TX, Wichita, KS, along with a large base of remote team members working across the US.
What benefits do you offer and when am I eligible?
Decision Resources offers competitive benefits and a great healthcare package that includes medical, dental, and vision for full-time employees. You are eligible to enroll for benefits after one month of employment with our team.

What should I wear during the interview process?
Decision Resources generally adheres to a business casual dress code and the same would be appropriate for those interviewing with us. We do not expect you to wear a full suit to your interview. A nice sweater, dress shirt, polo, or anything similar is great with us.
What if I need an accommodation for my interview?
We will do everything we can to ensure your interview takes place in an environment that is fair to accurately assess your skills. Please inform our HR team of any accommodations you may need during your initial discussions.
What is the pre-assessment Decision Resources uses during the interview process?
Decision Resources partners with Criteria to provide a pre-hire assessment. The assessment is broken into two ten-minute sections. One is a cognitive assessment and the other is personality-based. These assessments are NOT “pass-fail,” but rather a means for us to better understand your style of work and identify ways we can help you succeed in your new role. Upon completion, you will receive a “workplace insights” summary.
